Email supportThe app is telling me to update. Download the latest version from the App Store. We sometimes require an update when a chart calculation or a safety fix can't be shipped server-side. The new version carries all your existing data.
I can't sign in. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent by SMS. If the code doesn't arrive within a minute, check that the phone number is correct (including country code), then tap Resend. If it still doesn't arrive, email us from the device you're trying to sign in on so we can look up your account.
My chart or horoscope looks wrong. Check your birth details under You → Birth details. The time and location both matter — a wrong city or a 30-minute offset can shift several planets. If your details are correct and the chart still seems off, email us with the birth date, time, and location and we'll investigate.
Cosmic Guide (voice) won't start. It needs microphone permission and a network connection. Check Settings → Mother Moon → Microphone on your device. If the session ends immediately or fails silently, quit and relaunch the app, then try again from a clean state.
I want to delete my account. Open the app → You → Delete account. This is permanent and removes your chart, friends, and voice history. If you can't sign in, email us and we'll delete it manually.
I was charged but Moon Pro isn't active. Open You → Restore purchases. Apple subscription status can take a few seconds to propagate. If Restore doesn't help, email us with a screenshot of the App Store receipt.
How do I cancel Moon Pro? iOS Settings → Apple ID (your name at top) → Subscriptions → Mother Moon → Cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; your current period runs to its end.
